Along the way she has industrialized large-scale delivery and built the talent, technology, data and AI capability that fast-growing international businesses run on.

Jerry is Chief Product Officer at VX Fiber and a telecommunications leader with more than 15 years’ experience launching innovative products, complex systems and growth strategies across Europe and Asia.
His career spans engineering, consulting, sales, product management and operational transformation, including senior roles at Ericsson and GlobalConnect. Combining deep expertise in cloud, 5G, IP networking and OSS automation.
Equally comfortable with engineers and C-suite leaders, he is known for connecting strategy with execution and focus on progress rather than perfection, at VX his focus is to make it a global solution of choice for any fiber network operator or ISP.
Terese has 25+ years of experience in commercial law in international settings, including 10+ years at law firms where she specialized in M&A and 10+ years as General Counsel for groups navigating multijurisdictional legal issues.
Terese’s focus is always on making the legal function support growth. She combines pragmatic advice with commercial understanding, helping the business manage risk, make confident decisions, and move forward.
Outside work, Terese enjoys traveling, working out, reading and spending time with family and friends. Colleagues also know her for her Monday hugs.
Jan as Head of Strategic Markets has 25+ years in international growth, marketing and commercial leadership roles, from scale-ups to global technology companies. Experienced in market expansion, go-to-market, partnerships and the European fiber industry.
At VX Fiber, he is passionate about turning strategy into commercial results—helping the company and its partners unlock new markets, build scalable business models and accelerate growth. A Stockholm School of Economics and CEMS graduate, he is happiest on water / snow, traveling, at the gym or outdoors with the dog—and generally prefers activities that involve moving rather than sitting still.
Chris is a seasoned leader with extensive management experience across diverse and demanding markets. He helps communication service providers define and execute their digital transformation strategies through the innovative use of Agentic AI and machine learning. With 36 years in the telecommunications and technology industry, Chris has worked extensively across the Middle East and Africa with 3Com, Cisco, Ericsson, IBM, CSG, and Nokia.
His primary focus is understanding each customer's challenges and opportunities, then finding innovative, creative solutions that help them meet their objectives for financial and technology leadership in their respective markets.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing golf and cooking.

With more than two decades of experience across telecommunications, cloud technology, and software, he specializes in turning complex technology into practical business outcomes. His international career spans leadership roles in Europe and North America.
Santiago is passionate about helping fiber operators accelerate growth, simplify operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through scalable and robust technology solutions.
Originally from Spain, Santiago has lived and worked across multiple countries, speaks several languages, and is a strong believer that the best technology is the technology users hardly notice.
